Responsible

• Issue termination forms for individual customers.
• Generate and distribute discount coupons.
• Check and record return pass cards and prepare refund lists.
• Update customer information and handle change of registration requests.
• Extend parking time for existing users in the system.
• Open or stop the system when customers fail to pay their monthly fees.
• Handle the process of moving parking customers to another NPD project.
